About me

For over 25 years I have worked extensively as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

I work with adults who suffer with a wide range of difficulties. They may be well-functioning individuals who have become overwhelmed by life events and are seeking help to get back on track, or those with long-term and more severe mental health difficulties that have had and continue to have a profound impact on their lives.

My experience has included working in the NHS, both as a counsellor in a GP surgery and as a psychotherapist providing longer-term treatment to patients with complex and enduring difficulties.

Additionally, I spent several years working in a residential treatment facility for people with problems relating to alcohol and drug dependency, behavioural addictions and eating disorders.I currently work exclusively in private practice.
